Aqua Sheko is the first ever fish therapy spa in London. In preparation for the treatment your feet are carefully washed, before being submerged in the Garra Rufa tank where you then sit sipping an exotic tea from Japan or China.
Over the next 30 minutes you’ll feel a light flutter of fins against your skin as the fish gently suck and nibble your heels, toes and soles, removing dead skin which is already softened by the warm water. Since you remain fully clothed this unusually gentle and comfortable treatment can slip in to a lunch break, between meetings or as you catch up with friends.
