Aqua Sculpture Day Spa

I had the universal contour wrap and definitely saw a difference in inches lost. It was 7inches over my body. I would have course preferred it to be more, as any girl would. But this is a toxins related treatment. The more toxins that you have, the more inches you lose. Lovely venue and lovely and helpful staff. I felt very comfortable with my therapist and that is very important factor with this particular treatment as you have to bare all.

I had yesterday a universal contour wrap. First of all the treatment is probably not the most relaxing one (as it involves being wrapped up as a mummy and then insterted into a spaceman-like suit) but the mud in which the bands are soaked doesn't smell bad at all as some previous comments suggested... The therapist (I have unfortunately forgot her name) was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything in detail and she was extremely professional. The facilities of the Spa are really nice: I have already been there several times for the infrared cabin and the staff is always incredibly nice and the facilities spot-on. After the treatment I have lost 8 inches overall, of which almost 1 inch from my waistline... which is quite a nice result as I have to do my wedding dress fitting tomorrow :) The therapist said it would not affect weight but I was feeling quite bloated during the days before the treatment and it has helped very much on that and this morning the bathroom scale had a nice surprise! Finally, the effects on the skin are nice too as you're left with a very soft skin. I think that the whole experience is good value for money and I would recommend it before an important event.

The venue is very central so it was easy to reach, the centre is really nice and new. The only problem was the deal. I bough '£25 for a 50 min Facial, 30 min Massage, plus File & Paint' but when I got there the terapist explained that it was a mistake, they can either do facial or massage- plus paint my nails. I chose one hour facial and rejected painting my nails, as it wasn't manicure.
Facial treatment was just amazing, I enjoyed it a lot and would recommend that treatment.

I bought the Universal Contour Wrap deal for my hubby and this is his review of the experience (he doesn't have his own Wahanda profile): Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the treatment - the venue is nice, my therapist was extremely helpful, attentive and professional. After being measured and wrapped in bandages we were left in a room to relax for about an hour. I felt very much relaxed and fell asleep. Later, I was surprised to learn that I lost a lot of inches and did feel slimmer for about a couple of weeks afterwards. Would recommend it!

This was my first experience of the Universal Contour Wrap and I am very much satisfied with it. I didn't expect losing a lot of inches permanently, but I found this treatment to be perfect for a quick boost before an important event or a detox diet. I found the result to be similar to that of the Elemis detox wrap. I felt lighter after the treatment and my clothes felt a bit looser (I 'lost' about two inches below the waist but all other measurements were more or less the same; after about 10 days I still kept that 1.5 inches off). This is not the most comfortable treatment (the tighter the bandages are the more effective it is, but also less comfortable). The venue is fine and clean and the therapist was very nice and professional.

Having been to the Aqua Sculpure day spa before i knew wha tto expect in terms of quality, and they lived up to my previous experience. Great local spa with very attentive staff. It's quite small but doesn't feel too cramped, and they give you plenty of time to relax after your treatment.

OMG, this is the best way to make your sister and yourself be pampered.
Myself had the coffee wrap which was one hour and the feeling was amazing. I never felt so relax and stree free in so long.
My sister had the 2hrs body wrap and she did recieved a great result.

This wonderful facial in a proper spa, not the basement of a hotel like so many others are. The therapist was very knowledgeable and took pleasure in her job. Overall the experience was excellent and my face looked younger.

Had a very good facial with a bonus back massage (using a Wahanda voucher). Skin was glowing afterwards and the manicure was excellent - despite the fact I managed to mess it up befor eleaving the salon the therapist insisted on redoing the couple of nails where I'd slightly smudged the varnish - great customer service....

I tried the universal contour wrap, it was a lovely experience.
the therapist was called Agatha and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon, relaxing and wonderful, am just not convinced by body wraps however, so will go to the spa again but not for this treatment.
