A small but chic little salon less than 5 minutes walk away from Pimlico Underground Station in a pleasant, residential street. Although I arrived 5 minutes late I was greeted warmly by the owner and promptly taken downstairs to meet my therapist who did a competent job of waxing my eyebrows. The salon was spotless and upstairs there was a large selection of beauty products for sale, many of which I was familiar with - Caudiale for example and others less so well known. Definitely a relaxing vibe and I am thinking of returning for a facial.

The service at Appuru is lovely. The therapist was really nice and the atmosphere really relaxing. She really knew what she was doing and put me at ease with aromatherapy oils. Recommended!

I went to have my eyebrows waxed and found the staff beyond lovely, prompt start time, great treatment and result, and really helpful reminder text the day before. Would very much highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Appuru, and I was very impressed. The ambience of the place was just what I was after - very comfortable, relaxing, with lovely decor, and most important very quiet, being down in the basement of the salon. The therapist was extremely competent, and it is the first time that I have had an eyelash tint and not ended up with dye in my eye causing it to sting even a little bit, so I give her more than 10 out of 10 to have achieved that! I will definitely go back again, and try other treatments.

Emma's wonderful massage left me totally relaxed and replenished with energy.

Before the massage she sat down with me to discuss whether there are any issues / parts I would like to focus on. This should be common practice but unfortunately it isn't everywhere.

The massage was followed by a facial which then let me relax even further. I can highly recommend Emma and appuru.

We have been to this venue before and so could not wait to try it out again. The only risk is falling asleep as you are so relaxed! Fantastic massage, wonderfully comfortable massage bed.

Have returned to the salon as really enjoyed the services offered. Had eyebrow shape which was well executed the therapist listened to my concerns and responded. Therapist very nice and calm atmosphere. Recommended.

Lovely calm environment in the shop which continues into the treatment room downstairs. Emma has a great manner and is very professional. My eyelash tint was well executed and this salon is highly recommended. Great range of products upstairs.

I went out of my way a bit to try Appuru for waxing, after I came across all the rave reviews on Wahanda. I also took a chance buying the 3 for 2 deal. I wasn't disappointed! The salon is beautiful. It smells and looks luxurious from the moment you step in.
Emma is lovely, and skilled at what she does. The big, heated treatment bed is divine and I plan to go for a relaxing treatment soon so I can properly appreciate it!
The wax was surprisingly comfortable given that it had been a while since my last. I have never been particularly devoted to natural/ organic products in the past but I was impressed how comfortable my skin felt afterwards. I also got almost no redness, which is quite unusual for my sensitive skin. I think the lavender oil is probably the key to this.
Overall had a great experience and already have my next 2 appointments booked in on their handy online system.

The receptionist was very friendly and warm she offered me a drink on my arrival and asked to complete a form. I was early and we were chatting away about the different products they sell, until i was called for my massage

The Therapist was very professional and friendly, asked where i carry tension/stress in my body, how firm i like my massage, if i didn't want anywhere massaged. She explained what she was going to do and we got started.

The Therapist asked if i was ok during the massage and if the pressure was ok

I enjoyed the experience was left feeling relaxed and happy; i would recommend this place and go for another treatment. The voucher was good value for money as some off the treatments are quite expensive
