Our Detoxification and Cleansing Fast programs utilise a time-proven system that combines Therapeutic Fasting, Colemas, the best herbal supplements (from “Arise and Shine” USA), Detoxing and cleanse products (Psillium husk & Bentonite) and other traditional methods, such as Herbal Steam Room and Thai Massage, to rid the body of toxins and other unwanted waste.
All the programs include daily 1hour detox massages (a combination of Thai and Relaxation massage), herbal steam saunas, detox herbs from Arise & Shine, 5 Detox shakes, 2 self-administrated colemas (one is optional), fresh carrot juice, fresh coconut juice, vegetable broth, drinking water (Minere), and free internet (in our internet room or wifi connection in your room). On the last half day of the fasting programs, the fast is broken gently and friendly bacteria are replaced in the colon with "Flora Grow". During the programs you are carefully followed by dedicated staff and the program director.
