I typically go to the Chelsea Harbour Club spa but i thought i'd give the Notting Hill spa a go. The location is not great, however, the staff there were lovely and made sure that i was happy throughout my time there. The Indian Head massage was very relaxing and quite reasonably priced. Hvaing the Chelsea spa on my doorstep however does mean that i won't be returning here.

Lovely spa - modern, clean and well lit. We were given robes, slippers and drinks vouchers on arrival which were all unexpected and also greatly appreciated.

My only disappointment was the treatment itself. The wrap itself was fine but I expected a more effective head massage whilst I was wrapped up and a more thorough application of body products after as opposed to just a simple light application of body oil.

Couldn't speak more highly of our thearpist Rebecca. She was accomodating, polite and very professional. Both her facial and body treatments were exceptionally good.

The only place the spa falls down a bit is in the facilities. It is more like a few treatment rooms attached to a gym than an actual spa so I would recommend that you go only if you have treatments lined up, rather than a full day's relaxation.

This was an excellent place to spend a wonderful relaxing day. Evene apart from the treatment I had a great time and spent over 4 hours there and would recommend it highly and I would return there myself

The place was very nice, the spa very relaxing and on time. Therapist was very nice and treatment was fine, but very messy as you'd expect. You get a nice head massage while the mud sets in. All in all a nice experience, the only drawback being it is not very easy to find but I would go back.

I liked the place, swimming pool and cafe but the treatments i recieved were ok. Therapists did not put so much effort to give you the best treatment possible, lady who gave me a massage warned me that she can not do a proper massage as her arm was hurting which was fair enaugh but i wondered why did she turned up to work at all.

I enjoyed my facial treatment and this was the first time I had this particular treatment. The therapist was very friendly. After the treatment she told me the products she used to do my facial. I was also entitled to a free drink during the day and I was able to use the spa facilities for the whole day. It was a day to remember.

I went to The Notting Hill Harbour Club Spa for an Elemis Fruit Glow facial this week and was rather disappointed with the spa facilities, atmosphere and the results of the treatment. The reception staff and therapist were all lovely and had I seen around the rest of the centre I may have been impressed, however the spa itself lacked any atmosphere and at the time someone was fitting TVs so there were boxes lying around the hallways.

The treatment room was large but basic and there was a big plastic ventilator right above the bed which was a bit of an eye-sore. The music during my treatment was also a little too loud and very generic, dull spa music, it also stopped half way through my facial and there was a pause of about 10 minutes before the therapist turned the tape over and switched it back on. (I would have thought the Spa could have afforded a central music system rather than a tape deck under the bed!!)

That said, my facial was very relaxing and the therapist did concentrate on the areas I asked her to. The result however was rather disappointing. The facials I've had in the past have resulted in my skin looking plump, dewy and radiant, but for whatever reason, I left The Notting Hill Harbour Club with blotchy looking skin which wasn't the desired result!

Thankfully I had a £50 Wahanda voucher, so the cost of the facial didn't come out of my own pocket, otherwise I would've been slightly miffed! For what I imagine is a pretty exclusive club, the experience certainly didn't live up to my expectations. I only wish I'd tried The Chelsea Harbour Club instead!
