My daughter and I really enjoyed the whole experience,the only negative was the new gowns,we are larger ladies and they were not big enough,we were given the older ones which were ok.

It was one of the most pleasant experience of life time. The staff were very caring and the welcome was warm. I had problem of muscle spasm for 5 years now, so I decided to visit and get a deep tissue therapy, which is suggested by one of my friend. My try didn't go as a waste. I feel lot better now and I guess the advice on the posture helped me a lot. I should say about the masseur Amanda, She is really an expert in deep tissue therapy and she is very caring. She understands the patient's problem and help them by valuable advice like proper posture, joint care etc. I would like to thank a million time to Amanda for her help. She is the best masseur i have ever come across. If you have problems with Muscles, Amida Spa is a right place to get it treated. I will recommend it whole heartedly as my experience was a real pleasant one.

It was a perfect day; the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The ambience of the place was peaceful and relaxing and the lunch was delicious. My daughter and I felt the offer 2 for 1 was excellent and would encourage us to go again. Absolutely no complaints

I was able to get free parking on site which was a blessing. The staff were very polite and friendly. The facial was lovely. I left feeling relaxed and happy. I had the best nights sleep for a long time. There was only a handful of people there when we went so we were able to use all the facilities without having to wait. Thank you to everyone.

Great spa day with treatments, staff warm & welcoming, complimentary lunch & costa coffee very nice.
Received this for my birthday treat, great value for money, massage & facial great. it included a pedicure but it was only a file & polish...a bit disappointing.. but overall great value Spa Day.

I had fantastic and relaxing time with my friend.
The offer was a spa day with facials and manicure or pedicure .I would have preferred a pedicure but we were not given the choice, we both had a manicure which was a real shame, apart from that staff were very friendly and helpful, the use of spa (jacuzzi,sauna,steam room) was very good.
The food was really nice and drinks too!

This is not a step into a tranquil calm oasis. It took 15 minutes for person at reception to speak to us as she was on phone .We began with a coffee in bar area which was absolutely heaving with young childrenThe spa is nice but there was something that looked like sand at the bottom of the small pool in the spa....
We did not want to go into the restaurant which was very busy in white dressing gowns when everyone else in restaurant is fully clothed two overweight middle ages women in damp white toweling dressing gowns Not a good look and we didnt feel comfortable The lady in Amida was not impressed we broke the rules and got dressed!!
Lunch OK ,treatments fine and girls doing treatments were very nice We went into relaxation room and there is a flickering light which was likely to trigger a migraine The girl (not ones that did our treatment)refused to turn it off when I asked as I said I suffer from migraines and thought the flickering might trigger it. We felt it is not about making you feel special and pampered but a conveyer belt approach to day I have had much more relaxing days and would choose a proper health farm in future not cheap at £125 for the day

Me and my friends came to amida spa for my hen due, i've been really stressed recently with planing the wedding and everything i wanted a nice day to chill out and relax with a few friends before the big day. however i didn't want the hassel of going away or trappsing up town , Hampton was perfect only 20mins away.
We had been recommend this spa day by one of my other mates who had done this deal which was really good value for money. £99 per person which included a treatment and lunch with champagne. we arrived early, we had access to all the facilies so we decided to take part in a yoga class which was in the morning. It was a good way to chill out and relax my mind and forget my wedding stresses. We then went in to the wet spa which wasn't that big but was a nice size so that me and my three friends where able to sit and gossip within the different hydro spa pools and heated seats.I felt totally relaxed by the time it came to going for lunch which we had a giggle with taken photos of each other in the robes, Our treatments were all organised for the same time and there there were a chose of 4or5 treatments which your choose from, i chose a facial and got some excellent advise on skin care. i didnt expect that i would fell a chilled out as i did but i was floating on a cloud and enjoyed the day with my friends.
There ws just one down fall which is the fact that there is a few childern in the club as it a david lloyd club and so if i was to come again i would try to come mid week.

on arrival to the club i didnt have any expectations but was pleasantly suprised at the welcoming I received. From start to finish i felt very welcome and was given 1st class treatment. I was greeted by the spa receptionist and given a tour of the facilities which was a very nice touch. The spa was very well organised and my treatment was absolutely amazing. I have been to many day spas before but this was by far my best experience. I will definately be recommending Amida to my friends and family.

Disappointed. I approached reception to book a treatment for Saturday. ( this was a week in advance ) A woman by the name of Dorothy said no.... probably none available. I asked for reflexology, she again said, ah, probably not??? would you mind checkiing I asked?? well, there is probably nothing available but err, well, ok I will have a look was the response. I was there for 10 minutes before she actually decided to tell me, there was no member of staff on duty on Saturday, to do this treatment anyway????. Err, hello??? Why didn't you tell me this in the first place.... I then asked for a body massage but again, I was told, well, probably not. Would you check please I asked??? I can book a sports massage for you she said?? What?? I didn't ask for a sports massage I resonded( getting agitted by now). Well, we are probably full so no, probably not was the response. I gave up and left with a vision that I had just been talkiing to Lorraine Chase, performing an add for blonds. Not very helpful. The reception staff could do with a bit of help in realizing that, we are customers who want to buy, maybe you could try, just a litle to accomodate us
paying guests, and maybe your staff can learn to say something other than no, probably not in a very Lorraine Chase accent!!!!!
