It was very busy in the small relax area by the steam and sauna when I arrived but it did get quieter. Great treatment with really good facial massage and comfortable room. I relaxed in the hotel lounge after which was big and empty enjoying a pot of tea.

We had a fantastic time, the massage was very firm & facilites were clean! I would reccomend this spa to anyone wanting a deep tissue massage. I have three friends going to our next appoitment for a girly spa day, i look fowards to sharing this with them.

Staffs were nice . gd service overall. just both me and my husband reqired for a hard massage as we always have back pain and shoulder pain, but they couldn't really make it and did it very gentle for an whole hour. The massage was too soft that we left without feeling any better. For relaxation only, I would still recommand there.

Was able to use the sauna and steam which was nice. The relaxation area was quite small as this was part of the gym. The treatment rooms were on the other side of the gym, but the rooms were big and pleasant. The facial I had was really good and the products used smelled really nice. They use Ren skin care products which I use, and was happy with the service provided.

Best thing about this was location for me (Victoria) and access to Sauna and Steam room. However, the condition of the steam room was in a very poor state which looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months! The treatment room was larger than normal so that helped with the ambience, however, unfortunately the massage was not. Technical ability was poor, pressing on the wrong points and too much oil with not enough pressure. Was more keen on selling (vocally) more appointments than letting her treatment do the selling. Even an average massage would have tempted me back given its location, however, unfortunately I will not be going back.

I knew in advance that this wasn't a 'spa' as such, but part of the hotel gym. But i was a little disappointed with the facilities. The steam room was lit very brightly and not very calming at all. The sauna was fine, but very small. Towels were available as were a few magazines which was nice. There is a small area to sit and relax in but you can hear the music from the gym.
But the main reason for my visit was a massage and facial. My massage was rather rough and not particularly relaxing but the facial was fantastic and more than made up for the average massage and I left feeling very relaxed and my skin looked amazing. They use Ren products which are lovely.
I thought the music in the therapy room was not appropriate - too upbeat and! I prefer 'plinky plonky' ambient music when having a beauty treatment. but the therapist did kindly turn it down a bit when I asked.

Good location in a nice hotel, however the spa is hidden away in the basement and isn't really a "spa" but an addition to the hotel gym. The facilities are therefore more in keeping with a gym then a spa, it was bit awkward sitting around in a towel whilst everyone is working out - even with the partition. However, the therapist was very good and the massage was relaxing.

This is my second time having facial in the spa and I am still delighted with the quality of it . I have sensitive skin and after it i did not have any breaks out as I usually have, thanks to the great therapist and the quality of the cosmetic products used. Yes, the venue is small but it is very cosy and relaxing and what is more important it is clean and tidy. I recommend the facials 100%.

Although my treatment was 20 minutes late I really enjoyed it and it was good value for money.. There is also a steam room and sauna that one can use. One downer is taht there is no real reception area other than a desk in the gym
