Cannot speak more highly of Renata at Amber Therapy! Great warm and friendly attitude, great attention to detail and very professional. I'm not really one to chit chat whilst having treatments done, but Renata's bubbly personality is infectious. She did a great job despite having to rush ( because I was a bit late). I would definitely recommend/go back!

The Therapist was really sweet and did a very good job. It was very relaxing and my skin looked very fresh after the treatment and felt extremely soft. If I could have the same therapist I would go back.

I am a regular customer at Amber Beauty and I have already reviewed this salon previously. This is a new review based on a more recent treatment. I had hot stone massage on this occasion. The treatment itself was great: right pressure, right temperature, very skilled and pleasant therapist. One thing to note - there are several therapists who all use different techniques therefore results vary. It is very difficult to book a treatment with specific therapist, often there is no rota and even if you book with someone specific it is likely to change on the day.

My favourite spa in London ! Friendly reception, comfortable waiting area, professional therapist. Its location is perfect, there is a steam room too. I will go back again, highly recommend it.

The spa's nothing to look at, by any means, as it's part of a fitness suite. The therapists are out of this world, however. I've been everywhere for treatments, everything from 'no frills' in a basement to 5 star luxury, but the therapists at Amber come out top for treatment quality. Usage of the steam room and sauna is a definite bonus too. Two thumbs up from me!

I visited Amber Beauty for a Shellac Manicure. The atmosphere walking in is lovely as the salon is part of a four-star hotel, however I was a little confused on coming down to the health and beauty suite as you have to walk through a gym area to get to the salon reception desk. The treatment room was scrupulously clean, as was the treatment bench and manicure tools. The manicure included shaping and cuticle work, which was thorough and done with care. The shellac, again, was applied carefully, with really neat moons. There was a good choice of colour and my therapist checked with me at every stage to make sure I was happy with shape and colour. The best part of the experience was my therapist, who was totally professional and a pleasure to chat to.

Amber Therapy Suite is my favourite spa venue, its inside Park Plaza Hotel in Victoria. Clean, and fresh, good facilities. The staff are attentive and professional. Heavenly massage ! Will go again.

As others have written, the treatment rooms are off of a small gym and the space of the change rooms and sauna/steam room are very small, I would not recommend this place as being a "spa day" destination but if you are just coming in for treatment I'd recommend to give it a try. My therapist for my massage and facial was Marta and she did a wonderful job, paid attention to what I wanted to be done in the massage and spoke about my skin type before deciding on facial. The treatment rooms are comfy and to spa standard, the music playing was a bit funny as it was the soundtrack of lord of the rings and gladiator, I like the music so was fine with it but not exactly at all times peaceful. I booked another package with them on the way out I enjoyed the actual therapy so much, I'm not a person who frequents spas that often but I've had enough now to be able to tell the good from the meh so I'll be coming back here next time I'd like a massage or facial!

the staff was friendly and the facilities were nice, went there with a friend for her Birthday and she loved it so all in all good time, it was a relaxing day out
