I too had the most awful experience with this place and am yet to receive the promised refund for treatments that were not completed
I was due to have a facial and a massage as part of a group booking. Similar to what Guvinder has put, in her review, the treatments were in a hotel conference room with fold up beds, no dressing gowns, bright lights, and a skipping cd to top it off.
The facial begun with the 'therapist' not bothering to take my make up off, then when I told her I had some on (it was pretty obvious as it was eyeliner and mascara), she proceeded to put cleanser in my eye whilst taking it off and then fogetting to get water to wash her hands. When I asked her to confirm the facial she was giving me, she had no idea and when I told her, she said she had never been shown how to do that one. I asked for it to be stopped there and then as there was no way a college student (as it transpired) was going to be doing a facial on me when she had no idea what she was doing and then for me to pay £60 for it.
At this point, she had an argument with her manager, collected her coat and bag and stormed out the room crying, slamming the door behind her; all whilst my friends continued to have 'relaxing massages'.
I did not have my facial or massage and yet I have not yet received the refund. Even if I had completed the facial, there was no way I'd have been able to have the massage as my friends would have been in the middle of manicures and pedicures in the bright room as mine was due to start. Not the most relaxing environment and yet completely not taken into account when booking
When it comes to the manicures and pedicures these too were horrendous. Some were so bad they had to be done twice. One example was a pedicure where the existing nail varnish was not removed properly and could be seen below the french manicure colours, and on a standard manicure, there was more varnish on the surrounding finger than the nail itself
As I have stated, my group are still awaiting refunds and have been for over 2 weeks. My boyfriend is a lawyer, and if it is not resolved by the end of Monday, he will begin the legal route for refunds and compensation for the group. In a way, I almost hope it gets to this as this atrocious service completely ruined my weekend and I look forward to runing theirs...

2 months later and still haven't received a refund. Furthermore, all responses have now ceased and I am having to pursue legal action.

This was a bizarre experience. My friend and I went to this spa at the hotel expecting it to be a big spa in the hotel but was collected by a male from reception and taken to a hotel room which was converted to a massage room. It was very dark inside and we felt extremely vunrable and uncomfortable. The massages were ok but mine was done by a male and I didn't think it was very professional I felt like I had exposed most of my body by the end of it. I think they should inform future clients if a male is going to massage you, I would have felt more comfortable having a female. I did not enjoy this experience and as it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I would not go back.

was led alone by a male therapist (not previously advised) to a converted hotel room where I felt incredibly exposed and uncomfortable. An adequate massage was had (but no arms or head massage included in full body) certainly not worth the £100 value my voucher had promised
