I went to Aloka to try the Aura Soma colour consultation. This wasn't something I was familiar with or had done before, but I was fascinated by the concept of using colour to find out more about myself. During the consultation, I was asked to select certain coloured bottles, from which the therapist was able to deduce certain things about me, which we then talked through. The results were surprisingly accurate.
Aloka has a peaceful yet friendly atmosphere - it's exactly the sort of place I would want to go to escape stress. Plus, they have a fantastic cafe and restaurant, so you can load up on tasty yet healthy food, too!
