ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN BAD! Do not give this woman your money. It was difficult to make a booking in the first place.... the office voicemail said she'd be out for a week, but the voicemail was not changed for another week after the date it stated she'd be back. After eventually booking a spa treatment back in January for myself and three friends as 30th birthday treat, i had several email conversations with the owner Tina to confirm details. She confirmed it was OK to have our treatementas one after the other and use the "chill out room" in the meantime. Booked through Groupon, I even emailed Tina last month to confirm our detials after Groupon advised some of the appointments had to be rescheduled. She said that did not apply to our bookign, and confirmed date and time.
On the day, we drove 45 minutes to find that her phone was off the hook, the premisis were locked up and no staff were around to let us in or explain what was going on. Local businesses told us this was not abnormal behaviour. We waited a full hour, in which time three other women showed up for appointments (booked thorugh living social), and also had to wait in the cold before eventually deciding to cut our losses and go home.
I contacted the owner Tina yesterday and did not even get an appology. Instead she told me that Groupon had cancelled the booking (strange since i had NO correspondance from Groupon or the spa, and they show my order as active not cancelled, and I have recived no refund). She also sais she'd charge a £50 per head supliment for a party booking (even though I have four months of email correspondance which state it's a 30th birthday party, in which she said it's fine).
I cannot comment on the treatment it's self as we did not get that far. But based on other internet reveiws, it doens't look like we missed to much! I just want to get our money back so we can book in somewhere else for my friends BELATED birhtday treat.

As I was so impressed on my 1st visit, I booked to have HD brow's & Semi Permanent Eyelashes. Tina was very professional. She was also very helpful on the Aftercare and how to ensure long lasting beautiful brows. Again I found the spa & staff wonderful. The value for money was also excellent

My friend booked us a Spa Pamper Day as a surprise for my birthday. I was completely overwhelmed by the staff & the treatments we received. The staff could not do enough to help & ensure our day was special. As for the spa I have to say I've not been to such a glamours & classy venue. Overall I had a fabulous day & have booked to revisit for other treatments.

What a lovely salon! Tina was so fab, lovely girl. Lovely warm welcome for me and my friend. I had treated my friend to a groupon for lashes. We were treated like princesses. I am an Holistic Therapist and I know a nice salon when I see one! I will definately be booking a treatment for myself in the future when I get the time. While I was witing for my mate, I was given the choice of a drink, I chose a lovely glass of chilled wine, I sat myself down on the chaise lounge, very lovely, and read my kindle while I waited. I found that relaxing and I hadnt had a treatment! Ha ha!

The decor of the salon was fabulous and classy. Tina and her family have obviously put a lot of hard work and time into this venture. I wish her the very best of luck for the future of her salon as she deserves to do well.

I went here for a facial and hd brows, upon entering the spa i felt very relaxed salon is very clean moden and a good calming atmosphere. staff was very nice and made myself and friend feel welcome..
this is a must salon to visit x

I am a new resident of Lymm since this past December. Although I am new to the community, I am not new to Spa services. I came into Adonis and Aphrodite spa as a walk-in customer enquiring to book an appointment for waxing service. I did not expect to recieve service right away. The young lady I enquired with was available and willing to provide immediate service. I was very pleased with the waxing as the temperature of the wax was comfortable, and she was gentle (it is not the most comfortable experience). Not only was I please with the waxing, I found the young lady extremely nice. I felt quite comfortable. I was really nice to see a smiling friendly face. I will return.

I went to Adonis and Aphrodite after buying an Ultimate Pamper Package on KGB deals. I arrived for my treatments last Monday to be told by the owner that they wouldnt be doing them, as KGB owed her some money and she was refusing to so any more treatments until she was paid. This was disappointing as she had not contacted me to let me know and I had made a 20 mile journey. She subsequently agreed to honour the deal if I paid the money to her direct, and I was booked in for last Saturday.

When I arrived I was told I was booked in for a massage and a facial. The original deal had included a manicure and a pedicure too. After arguing, she relented and agreed to a pedicure.

From arriving at the salon, which is beautiful I was struck by how unprofessional they were. I waited ten minutes whilst they went through drawers looking for consultation forms. The facial and massage were good, but spoilt by the room being cold, and the music which was not relaxing in any way. (More suited to an Indian restaurant). It also didnt help that the owner was hoovering outside the door during my massage. The pedicure was good, although a little rushed as they clearly had not booked out the time for this treatment and another girl was sat waiting for the therapist.

If you want average treatments and are not looking for a relaxing experience, then Adonis and Aprodite is for you. I for one will not be going back!
