The Nitty Gritty
We need someone to help answer customer queries and to be a primary contact point for our wellness suppliers (Salon, Spas, Fitness centers) across the UK. Your main responsibilities would include:
- To act as main point of contact with customers
- Processing offline customer bookings and transactions
- Confirming orders with partners
- Assist in fulfilment process to ensure vouchers are dispatched in an accurate and timely manner
- Responding to customer queries and complaints
- To act as a point of contact for existing suppliers
- Ensuring smooth operational running of all promotions
- To provide financial reports to suppliers as required.
- To support the sales team in acquiring new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Filing and general administration
We are a young company and therefore many of our processes are still under development. The ideal candidate would not only execute the processes we have, but work with the team to improve them. We are a start-up and working hours tend to vary, however, typical working hours are 9.00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. This role does not require evening or weekend work.
Who You Would be Working With
The successful candidate will be the voice of the company with customers and suppliers and as such will:
- The role reports directly to the Head of Operations
- Working with the Supply team to minimise customer queries
- Work closely with the founders and technology team to ensure that the site is supporting the needs of our partners.
- Work with the site team to ensure that we are promoting and merchandising the products in the most effective way possible.
- Work with the finance and operations departments to ensure that suppliers are paid correctly
What we will be looking for

Marketing Manager

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
Wahanda is growing rapidly and we need someone to help us develop our sales team and and manage our larger partner accounts. There are thousands of potential partners out there for us to work with and you will be responsible for:
- CRM/ Member email program — development of strategy & execution of email communication programs for various customer types. Focus on optimizing the experience, revenue and member engagement.
- Site Conversion — lead effort to improve the customer experience and conversion throughout the site. This includes testing to optimize visitor & customer conversion and retention, and working with tech team to optimize customer flow.
- Customer usability — lead analytics initiatives to gain insights into customer base using surveys, focus groups, and analytics tools.
Skills/Experience Requirements:

Account Executive - Central London
The Role in a Nutshell
We’re looking for someone who can use a mix of care, attention to detail and creativity to manage and develop a small portfolio of existing relationships with spas, salons, studios, gyms, yoga studios and everything in between. As well as looking after existing partners, you will work introduce new businesses to Wahanda, help them promote their services and negotiate unbeatable
offers on behalf of Wahanda’s consumers.
If you are passionate about health & beauty, love building and managing relationships and are looking to develop your account executive experience, this could be the dream role. You will be part of a great team and you’ll be working directly with one of our experienced Account Managers in the busy London Team, assisting them with the running of high profile accounts, and having the opportunity to learn from them and develop your own skill set.

We need someone to manage a portfolio of existing accounts and to help them grow their business by using the tools and capabilities that Wahanda offers. You will also be responsible for:
- Sourcing new suppliers by actively contacting potential suppliers including being comfortable with cold-calling
- Ability to research and target businesses businesses in your area, understanding their venue and needs and identifying how Wahanda can help them
- Manage relationship with on-going suppliers in order to maintain current range and sales on products
- Set up suppliers on Wahanda extranet system and assist in training and use
- Ensure that all offers and products are loaded in a timely, accurate and professional manner with help from relevant teams
- Working closely with Account Management team assisting with the running of larger accounts, by attending meetings, setting up new offers and following up with venues to ensure they are included in all seasonal campaigns
- Run regular sales and supplier reports and ensure these are provided accurately and promptly
- Learn about wahanda.com customer demographic and use this to enhance the range of products, in particular inspirational product at unbeatable prices
