It was my first visit to the YogaWorks in SoHo, and I was curious to see how it would compare to the YogaWorks in the UES. It is a gorgeous space, and quite large, but you can definitely sense that it's one of the busier yoga studios. I was admittedly a bit overwhelmed by how crowded it was on a Thursday evening, but the staff was great and you can sense that they were well-equipped and organized to handle the flow.
I decided to take a Restorative Yoga class and the teacher (whose name I've forgotten) was perfect. The class was just what I needed and I would definitely like to return and take some more Restorative and other classes. I also liked how YogaWorks followed up with me afterwards via email about my experience and the other offerings the studio has.
The only drawback was that the class was full and so not everyone was able to get bolsters, etc.
