I was bitterly disappointed with the service I received. I had purchased a voucher for a head massage, cut, blow-dry and glass of bubbly. Not only did I not receive half of the services I was expecting- the therapist did not do a head massage, nor did I receive a glass of bubbly- in fact, the therapist was not aware of the offer at all and said she had never seen any bubbly in the salon before. She said her manager had not told any of them about the voucher offer.
Unfortunately I could not speak to a manager as she had left as soon as I arrived, giving instructions to the therapist as to how to lock-up the salon (by climbing on the outside gate!). Me and the therapist were the only two people left in the salon. The basin was also faulty so I had either freezing water or boiling hot water to wash my hair in.
The therapist also did not do a good job of cutting my hair as it has been cut unevenly. The entire treatment took just less than half an hour and certainly was not worth the £65 it was apparently worth.
I took the time to send my feedback to the salon manager directly and never got a response.
