BEFORE YOU GO TO MANCHESTER HARLEY MEDICAL GROUP CLINICS READ THIS- IMPORTANT!I bought IPL pigmentation removal package it was with the discount £595 for 5 treatments. First treatment went ok as nurse therapist was fully trained,professional and act with care her name was Lisa.During the treatment she was helping machine to pull the skin with her fingers to make it easier to suck the skin in.However, when i booked the next treatment she wasn't available and they booked me with another nurse therapist called Kirstine, it was a nightmare. First of all she was 15minutes late,during the treatment I felt that she was rushing a lot as there was another patient's appointment after me. I could feel that she was probably the practice nurse or not even that as she didn't know what she was doing at all, very unprofessional.When you work with the skin on the face you should take an extra care as it's face.IPL- it is a machine which sucks in your skin to make it closer to the laser and then sends pulses of light into the skin.In order to ease the process and make it less painful the nurse supposed to use special liquid on face to make it easier to suck the skin in to machine and she supposed to apply her fingers as well to avoid bruising. Kirstine hasn't done any of these,all i could feel was pain and burning of the skin. At the end of the treatment I asked for the mirror,she wasn't very keen to give it to me, when I've seen my face in it I got why. She left a massive bruise on my forehead it was the size of the egg and I had lots of burned marks on the chin,they looked like scars and my face was burning.When i asked her what is it,why do i have it on my face,she lied to me and said that when i will get outside on fresh air it will disappear in half an hour but i didn't happen. I asked her whether she can cover it up with some foundation,powder or anything else, she said that they don't have anything. So i got in the tram with a massive bruise on my face and the burned marks looking like somebody punched me!Obviously these all haven't disappeared in half an hour it took around 2 weeks to heal and make it vanish from my face. I met up with the manager of the clinics to complain,she wasn't very supportive and was protecting her unskilled member of staff-Kirstine! Rubbish Clinics!If you still decide to make any treatment not just IPL,make sure you book it with Lisa,avoid Kirstine!!!
