Me and my friend decided to go to Essensuals after another friend reccomended it to us. As her hair always looks great we decided to give it a try. We inatially called by phone to get an appointment and they were really helpful and went to a lot of trouble get us appointments togeather. On our our arrival we were greeted by really friendly staff and felt totally relaxed and looked after. our stylists totally listened to what we wanted...as a result both me and my friend both have fab looking hair
