This was the first purchase I made from a site which was based on vouchers. The staff were freindly but I felt the service could have been better. Firstly the treatment itself was between 15 to 20 minutes. It was rushed and the amount paid through the voucher (£20) was still quite expensive for a facial but I thought this meant a deep cleanse and through facial so would be worth that value. The products on my face were left on for 5 minutes. My mum also had this as I booked it as a treat for her birthday, she was extremely disappointed. The lady was also very keen for me to purchase the products! The service overall was not right eventhough the staff members were frendly. I would rate this 2 out of 10. As I have had cheaper and longer facials in the past which have had a better impact on my skin then this one! Will not be visiting again! The voucher did clearly state this treatment would be between 30-45 minutes and did not even last that long. the 20 minute facial included the consulation!
