Great news for fans of the city of love - the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG) will shortly be opening a new luxury hotel in Paris. At Wahanda we were particularly excited to learn of the hotel’s peaceful spa, where guests can unwind after a long day of sightseeing or romancing. Eurostar, here we come...
The spa, described by MOHG as an ‘oasis of Oriental wellbeing,’ has been designed with simplicity and purity in mind and features butterfly motifs on the walls to symbolise renewal. In keeping with the hotel’s Oriental roots, visitors will experience a Chinese bathing ritual prior to their treatments – the perfect way to begin a pampering session.
Facilities at the spa will include an Oriental herbal steam room, a 15 metre pool and luxurious treatment suites for individuals and couples, in addition to a fitness area. There will also be a spa boutique where you can purchase the hotel’s signature products, meaning that you can take a little bit of the tranquillity home with you.
Treatments at the spa will use MOHG’s own product line, which was developed specifically for the hotel group by Aromatherapy Associates. Get ready to unwind and leave the stress of travelling behind.
The Mandarin Oriental Paris is due to open its doors on the 28th June. Don’t worry if France isn’t your thing – there are Mandarin Oriental hotels across the world, so there could be one to suit you this summer.
