Every year, women across the capital get so excited about London Fashion Week that we forget what hard work it can be. Running between shows in high heels, toting an enormous bag and generally channelling all our energy into looking fabulous can be tiring! It begins with an aromatherapy foot soak and concludes with a stress-relieving massage using oils infused with St. John’s Wort and rosemary. We feel better already!

AWAY Spa at The W Hotel

Situated in Leicester Square, the W Hotel has seen its fair share of red carpets events and celebrities, and has also played host to some of the coolest after parties - including last week’s Fashion Night Out. It’s hardly surprising then that the Wyld bar has become a favourite among it-girls and fashion darlings like Kate Moss, Alexa Chung and Florence Welch. We can’t think of anywhere more fitting to indulge in a little R’n’R this Fashion Week than The W’s AWAY Spa.
